Listed below are the most common questions that are asked in reference to returns and exchanges. If the question you have is not answered below, please contact us for more information.

Important: All returns, exchanges and requests for refunds must be returned with the original invoice / packing slip sent with your order. If this is not sent with the items the request will not be accepted.

I don't like the products I received, can I return them for a refund?

Items that have not been customized can be returned within 30 days of receipt and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received and be received no later than 30 days after the delivery date specified by the shipping courier (USPS, UPS, etc.). It is highly recommended that you do not remove any of the original manufacturer tags when receiving your items unless you are absolutely sure you intend to keep them.

Can I return customized products for a refund / exchange?

No. All customized items are non-refundable / non-exchangable. Customized items include, but are not limited to, products containing or wholly made of embroidery, products with screen and / or digital printing or products with a combination of embroidery, screen and / or digital printing.

How will I receive payment for my return?

Refunds will be submitted via the payment that you utilized (credit card or PayPal) when you made your order. Refunds will be paid minus any applicable restocking fees.

Do you provide exchanges and what will it cost me?

Yes. Items that are not customized can be exchanged within 30-days of receipt for the same product in a different color or size only. You will be responsible for the following costs (as applicable):
  • Shipping cost for returning the original item(s) to us
  • Shipping cost for sending the new item(s) to you
  • Difference in cost for a different size
  • Difference in cost for a different color

Do you offer credits that I can use on the website?

No. At this time, All Things Embroidered does not offer credits for use on our website for returned items, however, if you live in the local area (near our physical location in Lawton, Oklahoma) you may contact us to request an in-store credit for returned items.

Do you pay for the return shipping for refunds or exchanges?

No. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return / exchange of products.
